JET FC A-A Greater Leys Yellows

JET failed to field a team for the third successive league game ahead of their bottom-of-the-league fixture with Greater Leys Yellows. The away side has been awarded the points.

With the Coronavirus potentially halting all grassroots football in the UK, this may be a blessing in disguise, allowing JET to regroup over the coming weeks/months.

JET FC P-P Kennington Sunday

JET’s Doug Williamson Cup semi-final fixture at home to Kennington Sunday has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

The field, based in Culham, has not held up well following the recent string of storms combined with the use of the pitch in midweek.

The rearranged fixture is yet to be confirmed.

JET FC P-P Exeter Rangers

Our Doug Williamson Cup match at home to Exeter Rangers has been called off due to an unplayable pitch.

Last week’s fixture against Greater Leys Blues also fell foul of the turf, which is being severely affected by the weather and midweek lunchtimes.

Fortunately, JET’s semi-final next weekend is away at Barton United, so hopefully, their pitch will be playable and provide further recovery time to our own.
